I'm looking for some good late night snacks for when you've stayed up a little too late and are hungry again...so you don't want to eat too much (esp. carbohydrates) and throw off the body's release of HGH when you go to sleep.
as a snack i really like cucumbers and ume vinegar. or maybe some warm tea will fill you.
