My first recipe-- I knew I'd screw it up. I just tried to make Alicia's, Moroccan Couscous with Saffron. (only without the Saffron threads because I could not find them anywhere!!). So I said, screw it, and I decided to make them without it. I don't know if that's the reason behind this, but all I taste is Cumin! Is there anything I could do to salvage this dish? Any addl spices I could add to kill the taste of the Cumin? I know when my family comes home they will hate it. You can't taste the veggies at all. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Citrus might work - do you have any lemons or limes?

I do have lemons and lemon juice. Which would you say to use? Thank you so much for responding! I'll take any suggestions at all.

Probably a bit late now, sorry! I would squeeze in some fresh lemon juice - half a lemon should do it. If the cumin taste is still a bit overpowering then squeeze in some more - just add to taste really. Hope it was edible in the end:)
