There was a recent post on how to get a big protein breakfast in and it had alot of great ideas. I was a HUGE cereal and milk girl and still am..... BUT I use almond milk instead with yummy granola or other organic cereals. I also like:
Ezekial Bread toasted with avacado or nut butter and a banana with agave or brown rice syrup
Lara Bars, AMy's frozen burrito, or Evol frozen burrito in a pinch
Rice or quinoa cold with almonds and dried fruit
A smoothies with almond milk/banana/PB or almond milk/blueberries/banana
I could go on but I think you get the picture ha...
I eat steel cut oatmean with cinnamon, sliced almonds and a banana almost everyday. I also love TDK soft porridge. A few times a month I make a tofu scramble with whatever veggies I have on hand and sweet potatoe home fries.
I love breakfast! Some of my favorites include TKD soft porridge with a side of steamed greens, steel cut oats with cinnamon and raisins or pumpkin, almond butter and fresh strawberry/strawberries and banana sandwich, miso soup with tofu and veggies, and scrambled tofu.
