I am hosting a Bunco night at my house in a few weeks, so I will be providing all the appetizers.
I want to have ALL vegan appetizers (usually at these things I can pick one or two things to eat - if that) but I also wanted to make it super yummy so everyone enjoys.
I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to hear from all of you as to what your favorite appetizer type item is.
I would be SO grateful.

I made white bean bruschetta for a girls night at a friends house and everyone loved it even a meat & potatoe friend emailed me later for the recipe.
White Bean Topping
1 16oz can Canellini Beans
4-5 Fresh Basil leaves
4 cloves garlic
A pinch of Salt
3 tbsp olive oil
Toasted Baguette Slices
1 baguette, sliced thinly
3 tbsp olive oil
A pinch of salt
1 clove garlic
Finely chopped tomatoes (grape or cherry tomatoes are best)
Balsamic vinegar (reduced to a syrup)
Fresh basil, chiffonade
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put olive oil for baguettes in a small bowl with salt and garlic. Slice baguette thinly and brush with olive oil mixture. Toast in the oven for about 4-5 minutes. When tops begin to become golden remove from the oven. Put all ingredients for white bean topping in a blender and pulsate briefly 2-3 times. Do not puree mixture, but make it a somewhat chunky. Smooth mixture on toasted sour dough or French bread baguette slices. Then drizzle with balsamic vinegar, top with tomatoes and fresh basil.
(I also added a little balsamic vinegar in the puree)
The leek mushroom crostini's in tkd are yummy delicious. homeade guac. and salsa with torilla chips, hummus and pita's, olives...mushroom pizzas in tkd are great but hard to made ahead, also the layered dip is good, bruschette with tomatoe, basil, olive oil, garlic, balsamic, salt and pepper, onions...
Bunco is a game that is so much fun. It's a dice game

We have a group of ladies around 12 (but sometimes only 8) who meet once a month to do this...its so much fun and so easy to do.
@ Angela - good to hear about the Custini's - not that I doubt anything is super yumm in TKD - I was going to try that recipe out this weekend. I can't wait to taste them.
Thanks to everyone for the ideas. I knew I came to the right place. This Bunco night will be awesome!! I can't wait.!!
I love the middle eastern platter idea. Also, a good finger food to take as an appetizer is Tortilla Rolls...
32 oz softened vegan cream cheese
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
1 (4 oz) can chopped olives
1 bunch green onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
12-15 tortillas of choice, I would choose whole grain tortillas
Your favorite fresh salsa
Mix together cream cheese, chilies, olives, onions, and garlic. Spread one side of each tortilla with cream cheese mixture. Roll up jelly-roll style. Pack tightly in a freezer bag and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
To serve, cut each roll into 1/2 inch rounds and place cut-side up on a serving tray. Serve with salsa.
These appeal to non veggies really well, and fly off the plate because you can pop em' in your mouth in a single bite.
