Freezing Tofu Cheesecakes

I'm wondering if cheesecakes made with tofu can be put in the freezer once baked and cooled? If so, how long could they be kept in the freezer? I know this can be done with other cheesecakes, but I'm not able to find info for freezing ones made with tofu. Thanks.

I've never done it but I know freezing tofu changes the texture, so this might happen with your cheesecake.
