Gobble Green does it again!! Great Quiche!

Gobble Green's new vegan "quiche" is awesome. I put it in the oven to crisp it up. The cheese (daiya?) melted, and the crust became golden. It is a very satisfying, quick lunch with the right amount of zippy spice. Better than pizza! Can't wait to get some more. Try it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
