Hi Everyone!

I'm trying to make a cheesecake for my boyfriend's birthday tomorrow, and I'm converting an non-vegan recipe. It's a no-bake banana cheesecake, but the recipe calls for 3 egg yolks. I don't have commercial egg replacer on me, but I was wondering if because the recipe is no bake, uses agar powder, and already contains mashed banana, do I really need the eggs? Any thoughts welcome!

Thanks!

do you have chia seeds at home ? they can be used as an egg replacer. Good luck ! :) :)
