Vegan Catering in Los Angeles?!?!?!

Hey all!! My birthday is coming up and I would really love to get some delicious vegan food for it...and trick some of my anti-vegan friends :). Does anyone know of any great vegan caterers in the Los Angeles area that they have used or heard of that are just totally scrumptious?!?!
