This is my first post, but I think it's a good place to ask my question.
I became a vegetarian in November and a Vegan in February ( yeah !)
Before I did I had amazing nails, and now they brake constantly and hardly grow and sometimes get white spots.
I started taking vitamins, including biotin without much luck.
Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Maybe you are lack of vitamin B2, you should take brewers' yeast, it is very good for nails, hair skin
