Hello,I started on this path a few weeks ago and found that I can't sleep AT ALL. Just wondering if anyone else had the same problem? I have also been feeling cramping almost like PMS cramps but I got my monthly about a week after I started with the KLD. Can anyone give me any insight if I should be feeling this way.
I would say I'm a vegetarian that stays away from all dairy and eggs but am eating seafood. I grew up in a family of meat eaters. My mom is from Texas so it was steak steak steak everyday. As for my diet I've been eating alot of fruits, veggies, nuts and beans. I love fruit so I incorporate fruit in almost every meal. Here and there I will eat soy products but I prefer to get my protein from other sources. I can't handle the texture of tofu unless it is in small pieces or in a soup. I know how gas cramps feel like. My cramps almost feel like ovulation cramps but a little stronger. As for sleeping I've been reading aricles that when you detox from all the junky food your body adjusts in different ways. Some symptoms are not being able to sleep, cramping, nausea etc so pregnancy syptoms. Scary right. Well thanks for your repsonses. I can say I've never felt better!
