Well I know this is probably due to PMS, but I'm really wanting caffeine and have been daydreaming about drinking a nice huge cup of coffee. I'm not giving in, but just wanted to "vent" about it. I've been drinking the Kukicha tea every day and even at night. But sometimes I can't get rid of this withdrawl fantasy of drinking that huge cup of coffee.

About coffee; I was looking for something simular... not only in taste but also in ritual. I found LIMA Yannoh filter coffee. It is made of barley and other. Important for me is that I do exactly the same things as with coffee, boil water, put Lima Yannoh in a filter and make coffee. I boil the plantmilk ofcouse and make a "cappuccino" .

It really does give me the same feeling as coffee used too :) I think also i have tricked my body because i have no withdrawal symptoms :)

So happy because I dont know if I could have stopped the coffee without it....

For instant -coffee look here:

I can really suggest this to all of you who have trouble quiting coffee!

:))))

I will definately buy that instant coffee. It's pretty inexpensive too from the website. Do they sell the that brand in stores? Because if they don't, I might have to freakn overnight it to my house the way I've been wanting this sooo bad.

:)

I can buy it here - the Netherlands - in most health stores. I dont know where you are from? But i guess this brand or a simular brand can be bought in most countries.

I really like it, ofcourse it does not taste exactly the same (as the plantmilk taste different too) but the ritual of making it and the creamy nutty taste (slightly bitter) comes pretty close and totally satisfies me in taste and ritual :)

You can buy instant where you add water and it dissolves to a"coffee" is common available also. As I am used to making filter coffee i did not want that (but you might?)

So if you want to make like filtercoffee look at what you are buying is like the filtercoffee or the instant type :)

Good luck!
