I'm sitting here at my computer and I can feel the layer of fat and toxins I put in my body this whole week while I visited the "massage festival" in Berea Kentucky. I was hungry, tired and I had no vehicle so I was forced to eat at the campus because I signed up for the dormatory accomodations. 90% of the food was fat laddened, unhealthy and yet I saw students and fellow peers load up their plates with this unhealthy stuff you call food. I fell victim to the pizza and fried chicken, but I did peel of the layer of breading. When I got there on time (food schedule time) I was able to get a great salad and also in the morning (food schedule time) I had fruit. But the rest of the time, crap, yuck and more yuck. The ironic thing was that they had community gardens in the middle of court yards for the local food banks, yet they were feeding their faces with unhealthy food (me too) because I had no way out of this prison of H*#L. I'll post more on this later, I have to travel back to albany I stayed here in buffalo because we got in so late. Michele
