Parasites are able to live in our digestive systems when the bowels are not moving frequently enough. So eating a lot of fiber would be a good idea. The primary source of parasites is meat and fish that is consumed. So yes a vegan diet would be very beneficial. There are also anti-parasite herbs, which include: garlic, wormwood, cloves, and walnuts. I got this info from the book "Eating for Beauty" by David Wolfe.
