I need a vegan caterer for my wedding in CT

Amalie...I feel your pain! Where in CT are you? I am getting married next September and we are planning a full vegan/vegetarian meal. We are planning for heavy hors d'oeuvres instead of a sit down meal but still I am struggling! I live in NYC and know some people but the wedding will be in southeastern CT and that's a 3.5-4 hour drive! There are a handful of restaurants who cater but they aren't full caterers so that is making things difficult. The Garden Grille Cafe in Pawtucket, RI seemed promising but still not full service. I have found a few caterers that do vegetarian menus but they are so cheese and dairy heavy and I really want someone who understands the ins and outs of vegan cuisine. I will keep you updated and hope you will keep me updated too. It's SO hard!

i just got married on the 16th of October. we live in rural Indiana so there was not veg/vegan caterers available so we used a regular caterer. she was able to do a fantatic meal. she was very interested in learning. it all turned out great!

I am getting married onthe east coast next year. Probably in DC, but I have been looking at a lot of websites and came across some good ones. There is a new website all about vegan wedidngs and I saw this one, based in NYC but travels all over the country:
