I've been vegetarian for a couple years, but I've been working on a stricter vegan/macrobiotic diet for the past month or so (Alicia calls it "superhero"!) and I've been doing great and feeling fantastic. But -- this past couple of days I have felt strong agitation and depression and can't put my finger on it. Can your body go through a detox that includes such yucky mood swings? These swings are very unusual for me. What I am craving is a couple of glasses of Merlot, but I'm determined not to do that. Any advice would be welcome.
