Vegan in the Chicago Suburbs

I live in Oakbrook Terrace, IL and am finding that most places I can go out to eat are IN the city. I dont have a problem with going into the city on weekends as i'm there usually anyway, but during the week my boyfriend and I both work late and have to get up early. Does anyone have any favorite places in the suburbs? I'd LOVE to try someplace knew!

I have not been to this place- it was actually mentioned to me as a lead for my Vegan confections. http://www.borrowedearthcafe.com/ - it's in Downers Grove which is very close to you - Closer than the City. I hope it works for you and maybe they can tell you of more places in the burbs.
