Start to bake with easy vegan banana chocolate chip cake :)

If you are new at baking (or new at VEGAN baking) like me, this is a great start. Made this today, and it is yummie and easy!
For a total bakingvirgin like meself it was so nice that it had an instructual video!

Today my non-vegan friends stopped by and ate a piece, they couldn't believe one can bake without eggs, butter or milk :))) And they loved it :)

Yes, it is, and the video makes it so easy if you are (just like me) not an experienced bakker :)
Tip: also check out the video where she makes an excellent sandwich!!! Want to try that one soon too.

Today I made another bananabread recipe from Veganomicon. Maine differents was no soymilk but applesauce and other spices. Also less oil.
To be honest to my taste this one is better so try it also and decide for yourself :)
