I do not aggressively recruit people as I feel that those who are truly interested in finding out about the opportunity, will approach me or seek me out. I am building a team with consultants who are not only serious about the issue, but also believe in Ava's products and are willing to put time and effort into their own business. But we are doing it, and faster than we ever thought!
