Thanks Angela! I have a FABULOUS rice cooker that I bought beause I didn't like warmed up rice. It as a timer and keeps it warm to the PERFECT tme, so it hasn't been a problem since. But I was interested in the rice steamer for work. Right now I have been snacking on a can of chickpeas and a can of artichokes hearts so I don't need to use the microwave (never did trust those!) I recently bought a hot plate and have been searching for a used stainless steel pot for soups as well. I need to find time to start making more Super Hero foods though. I like the sound of it, just haven't made the jump!

tofu scramble is somewhat fast
Oatmeal with already cooked down leeks on top(pan sautee with water and add alittle tahini, garlic, lemon juice and alittle tamari) I actually just had that today for the first time, really good for a savory breakfast grain, and when the leeks are premade, its a quick breakfast when your in a rush. Especially for those who like sweet in the morning, some cooked down allium veggies with scant tahini on top of your grains really does satisfy a superhero tongue!
Quinoa with black rice,whatever beans are ready,avocado,some nut free pesto,and a little dessert,like fruit or an oat cobbler I've made.NYUMNYUM!
