I'm currently searching for a full proof, exceedingly delicious chocolate cake recipe for my blog. It's actually a request from a loyal reader who wants it for a wedding cake she is making (n.b. she is not vegan but has been making lots of my vegan recipes - how cool is that?).

I want to test a few before blogging about my chosen one so I'm looking for your suggestions - what is your all time favourite vegan chocolate cake recipe? In fact, it doesn't have to be chocolate - if you love it, I want it:)

It needs to be so impressive that the people tasting it at the wedding will be surprised to discover it's actually vegan - I think it's super important because for some it'll be a make or break vegan experience. The pressure is on so please help me find the perfect recipe!
