Natural way to clean grout and tile?

If someone could help me with this I'd be SO thankful! I used Tilex for the last time this past spring as it made me so sick for a week due to the fumes. I have no idea what to use to clean grout and tile that's not from a store. Any help would be appreciated.
And for bonus points what about soap scum on the shower door? That'd be mega points for help with that! lol!
Thanks!
There is this amazing recipe for a home-made scrub. I could NOT believe my eyes when I saw the results: one part baking soda, one part castile soap (Dr. Bronner's liquid soap) and a couple drops of your favorite essential oil. I use Thieve's Oil, which is a blend of the strongest anti-bacterial essential oils (you can make it yourself). Take a little pinch and put it on your scrubber. You will be amazed!
Hello..
There are many ways through which you can easily clean the tiles and it will give a new shine to it. I usually use lemon extracts for it and rinse it with the brush. Chani has shared the amazing idea for cleaning and I will definitely look forward to it.

I would add a bit of bleach to the water, sponge carefully, blot with paper towels, bleach again, and blot some more.
Hey Greenseater! :)
I believe this is the recipe Chani mentioned. I haven't tried it yet myself, but looks great. :)

Also, some other cleaning tips I've gathered:

Cleaning with lemon -

Toilet -
Punch a hole ( size of your choice ) in the top of a plastic one gallon bottle of vinegar and right side up pplace the bottle in your toilet tank. Leave the cap unopened so when the toilet only a small amount of suction occurs.
In doing this you will save water, as the tank wont fill as much, the vinegar will clean your toilet AND tank on each flush, it leaves the bathroom smelling fresh and it doesn't harm any component of your toilet OR the environment when flushed.
Also - to clean veggies/fruit - you might've heard of this one - use 1 part white vinegar to 3 parts water, put in a spray bottle. Spray your veggies let it sit for just a minute then rinse off. It gets rid of 98% of pesticides and germs and breaks down the waxes and things they put on there. Great :)
Hope this helps! :)
