I'm guessing that, by this point, you've probably already started to see amazing results by following the Kind Diet; so you may no longer need advice on this subject. But I'm going to add my input anyway :P
I would suggest listening to your body and following your bliss (I'm learning to be all about following my bliss). Find a form of physical activity that you love, and commit to making time for it on a consistant basis. Do you like to walk? Find somewhere beautiful, where you can commune with nature and get fresh air while you walk (don't stick yourself on a treadmill staring at a wall, or the rear ends of a bunch of other people...unless you enjoy it). Like video games? Get the Biggest Loser workout for Wii. My husband and I are having a blast playing around with ours. Enjoy sex? Find a willing partner and burn lots of calories!!! Dance, play, do whatever brings you true joy.
Amazingly, joy will also assist with your skin condition. Stress contributes to breakouts like you wouldn't believe! Laugh, meditate, sleep well, spend time with people you love...these things will help you more than any purchased "miracle cure" cream or soap on the market. Then, I would just suggest keeping your skin clean. Try not to cover up with too much foundation, it just promotes clogged pores. Use a soft facecloth dipped in warm water, and a little bit of unscented glycerin soap to wash your skin at least twice a day. Chances are, your skin will tend to get a little bit worse before it gets better. All of that gunk stuck in your pores has to come out before your skin can heal itself.
I hope some of this helps...even more though, I hope my advice comes unnecessarily and too late :)
