I've been inspired lately to eat more grains, so I finished up the last of the brown basmati rice that was in the freezer (never freezing grain again! Its not that bad but its a lot better fresh and stored in the fridge) I topped some cooked brown rice with steamed swiss chard from our garden, plus chopped celery and 1/2 a green tomato, with one hungarian pepper and some parsley. I topped it with some tahini sauce I made for falafel yesterday and mixed it with a little Sabra greek olive hummus. With a sprinkle of gomashio, this was so good!! I actually CHEWED! I also read the kind diet as I ate outside *so peaceful!*.
