I'm from Winnipeg (anyone else?! would love to share tips!) and have been vegetarien since I was in grade 10, so about 7 or 8 years. Just recently decided to try going vegan. It's been about a week, and since I haven't eaten meat in so long, it was that hard of a change! It seems my only problem is my boyfriend is upset we won't be able to eat at our regular places and doesn't seem too thrilled about going to vegan/vegetarien restaurants all the time. I guess I'll just be cooking a lot more then!
