I've just started flirting with the vegan diet. I guess I'm trying to slowly ease into everything so I don't get overwhelmed and give up. I'm doing ok with not eating meat, so so with the dairy and not so good with the sugar. I'm was wondering what is the best alternative to sugar to put in my coffee? ( I know that will have to go too but I'm taking baby steps) I see the discussions about the brown rice syrup and maple, but do you put that in coffee? what about sugar in the raw? Thanks!
