Hi There!

I made the weight loss tea for the first time this morning- it was so yummy! I have a question though... There was a lot of carrot/ daikon in the recipe for just one cup. Infact my cup was filled with Carrot and Daikon. Do I eat this or throw? It seemes like a lot to just throw away? It felt more like a soup than a tea?

Any help anyone can give would be great! Also if anybody would like to share how the tea worked form them that woudl also be gratefully received!

Many thanks x

Yes, I had a similar question! I have made the tea 3 times, and every time, it seems like there is almost no liquid - its almost entirely pulp! I also haven't been experiencing any...diuretic affects lol

would i be better off sticking it in a blender and then boiling it, or would that not have the same affect?

Thanks!

Eat it all!! If you want to stick it in the blender feel free, but don't toss the good stuff!!

Again, I responded to a similar question. I strain it to make it a tea and save the pulp for soups, or any other recipe. Never throw it away!
