I started the Kind Diet over 3 months ago and sometime along the way I lost it :( I was feeling better then I had ever felt in my life, bottom line it was ruling me and my life and I was loving it!! Summer came and I started traveling with my husband and 23 month old daughter and compromises started being made and before I knew it, splat... squashed like a bug on a windshield. Since then I have been sick TWICE! I am trying to get jump started again on the superhero path that I was on but I am realizing how much time it takes me in the kitchen preparing meals for me and then seperate ones for my family. I know I can't take shortcuts, that's what got me into trouble in the first place, but how can I have this lifestyle without living in the kitchen? Are there any moms out there that have any advise? please?
