Hi there,

Ive finally done it--I quit coffee! Ive been a coffee drinking since high school but had gotten down to one large mug in the ams and when I finally ran out of it, decided I should quit. Heres the question: yesterday was day one of quitting and things were okay (hazy, I was out of it, tired, couldnt focus) but once I got into bed, I couldnt sleep. Has anyone else had this? Any remedies or suggestions? How long will this last?

Thanks !

I've never really been a coffee drinker but my sister has and couldn't fall asleep due to the withdrawals from the caffeine she later learned. This was all pre me reading the Kind Diet and have since found out that Green tea is good for coffee transitioning. It still has caffeine in it but from what I understand it is actually better if your already a big coffee drinker.

I wish I could have told my sister that the Cure All Tea page 290 in Alicia's book maybe would have helped her spaciness and her feeling fatigued but am happy to pass this on if it would help you in any way.
