sugar binge HELP!!

Hey Superheros,


So I was feeling a little deprived in my superhero ways, so I made the peanut butter cups from TKL. Well, I have already eaten like 6 of them in the last two days and I'm feeling really cruddy. So, I'm remembering why I stay away from crack.... I mean sugar lol. I'm sitting here drinking some cure all tea, but I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on how to get back to balance?


Any help would be appreciated! :)

Sea veggies! After an arame dish, I always feel a thousand times better... I totally feel your pain! Or just even a big plate of kale, anything green and alkalizing should do the trick.

I would try to not beat yourself up too much and just chalk the experience up to a lesson learned. As soon as you get back with superhero eating you will start to feel better, I promise !

I fall off the wagon from time to time too when it comes to sugar, sometime I just can't help it. Eating some plain brown rice always makes me feel better, hope that helps!
