I've tried a lot of milk substitutes... Soy(no), Rice(no), Almond(no), Oat(no)... The chocolate kind is fine. But i need a good one to put in coffee. The oat is the least gross for me, but the consistency doesn't work for coffee.

I'm in the UK by the way.

What do i do with that? Should i try and find some Oat Cream or something? Would that work? Any suggestions?

Also, i gave up eggs a while ago, i ate 2 this morning by accident, because my mother was trying to tempt me and it worked. I got diarrhea(sorry for bringing up poop) because i gave up the eggs...

Does anyone know an easy and simple high protein fix that is like eating an egg, but not? Like a small slab of special high protein tofu or something?

(i was brought up lacto-ovo vegetarian. The assistants at the best healthfood shop where i live(Cambridge, England) can't help me as much as i hope you guys can:.)

I can't see any responses, though the board says i have one:.( If it wouldn't be too much trouble, could you message me your response?

I know sometimes the board has been taking a while to add responses but somehow they always end up sometime or another. Hopefully this one will post. Do they sell Mimic Cream in the U.K. or can you get it through the internet? I know it's used for coffee among other things.

As far as the eggs there's this link. http://www.savvyvegetarian.com/vegetarian-recipes/tofu-scramble.php :-)

In case that page changes just look for the Tofu Scramble on that site.

Enjoy!
