So I have been doing the Kind diet.. I have lost a little weight, would like to lose quite a bit more, I am eating 3 meals a day and do get hungry, but rather than snack on the wrong foods I just don't snack... I have not completely ventured into the beans yet since I have to soak them overnight, but I am going to try this tonight.... Any thought as to why I'm not seeing weight loss results so dramatically? I do feel much healthier, my skin has cleared signficantly and my energy increased. Also, I struggle with finding an approrpiate greens dish that is fresh during lunch time since I pack my lunch... Do I just bring uncooked kale? Any suggestions? Suggestions for food to bring that you don't use the microwave for? I just eat it cold since I prefer not to microwave.
