Hi Everyone! I've really enjoyed living a vegan lifestyle (1 month and counting) and am feeling more alive than I have in a long, long time! I downloaded a macrobiotics book and it is creating confusion. It appears that macrobiotics includes fish, egg and other foods in very limited amounts whereas vegan and the like exclude these items. HELP!

Hi JS, macrobiotics can be non-vegan, though most macro-biotics eat vegan.

Look here for some more info and advise:

So if you want to eat macrobiotics you can choose if you want to eat vegan or add other ingrdients
