WOW- that was powerful! I have reversed my lifelong asthma and allergies by quitting dairy and more recently I've quit meat. I also take supplements now and will never be out of one called quercetin, a powerful immunity booster. Today I was out shopping and everyone seemed to be coughing, hacking, sneezing except me. :-) I'm off all prescriptions now and I believe anything is possible if we are exposed to the truth. I recommend the movie Eating, if you haven't seen it yet. Here's to your health! Congrats!

Thank you so much, peeps.

I'm sorry I've been gone so long; lots of stuff has been happening, and, tragically, my darling furbaby, a kitty named Brooklyn, died on January 3 from the cardiomyopathy he had, and which my husband and I had so desperately tried to treat over the last four years....Brooklyn was the child I could never have, and his passing has left me devastated. Please send a little thought or prayer or whatever you can out to this most precious kitty...

On the bright side of things, thanks to the vegan diet, my A1C has gone from a 5.8 to a 5.4.

Anastasia that is incredible. I do a lot of work with Diabetes (though predominantly type 1) and I must admit I almost fell of my chair when I saw your HbA1C was 14, but then I really did fall off my chair when I saw you'd managed to get down to 5.4 - that is just fantastic. It really does go to show how powerful we can be at restoring our own health. You are an inspiration :)
