Almost 3 weeks ago, My fiance, 13 year old daughter and I decided to go vegetarian. After about 2 weeks, we brought back fish/shrimp. I noticed a change in how I felt almost immediately. But being new to this...I wasn't used to the unsatisfied feeling at meals without meat. We tried a boca burger, and didn't love it. I'm at the point where I'm doing research on environmental stuff, water recycling, Garbage Island, veganism constantly. I want to be all the way VEGAN but I need to replace things with a yummy variation. I feel like I'm poisoning my family (I have other children). And it almost brings me to tears when I pour my 18 month old son his milk. [I did breastfeed him for 13 months though]. I'm overwhelmed (in a good way) with all the change and I need to do something now! I know it'll be hard at first but change for the better always is.

Any help would be great.
