I hope this finds you doing well. I do not live in the area, but I have any idea for you. Are you familiar with a website called meetup.com? I am a member of many of their "groups" which are comprised of other vegans, etc. I'm sure there are some in your area... trust me you would be surprised. The groups are great. I even started one myself. It's just an idea but I thought it may help... at the very least I bet you find a ton of other cool groups on things that you are interested in. =)
