Intention Cookies, online and Bay Area Stores

We're going to make Intention Cookies available at the World Vegetarian Day Festival this Sunday (Oct. 3rd). EcoVegan, a company that distributes our cookies, is letting us share a little bit of their booth space. Isn't that cool?! Any advice on how to maximize this experience so that folks who taste and buy our cookies also become repeat customers of ours? I appreciate everyone's feedback.
