New to the kind life

Hi everyone! I am new to the kind life and finished reading the kind diet. i am so inspired and cant wait to start my journey to a cleaner lifestyle! I do have a delima though, I live in a small town and the only 2 stores around me are trader joes and clarks. Im hoping to find enough stuff there to start trying out some of alicias recipes. Im also marrying (in 22 days!) a big time meat eater, so cooking two seperate meals will be challenging! Im hoping to sneak in some vegan meals, and surprising him after he tells me how delicious they are that theyre vegan! Does anyone have any tips for making the transition easier? Thanks for reading!

Hi Brianna! Congrats on your upcoming wedding. I agree that it would be challenging to cook two separate meals every night - hopefully you won't have to! Trader Joes has a good selection of fruits and veggies, But be careful of all the prepared foods - its hard for me to find "kind" things there. Good luck with your journey!
