Mmmmm, Vegan Sloppy Joes! I have a four year old so lunch has to be kid friendly (let's be honest, I'd eat these even if my four year old wasn't around)!
quinoa, chayote, black bean and cilantro salad and some canteloupe with strawberries
broccoli and soy cheese and brown beans and cornbread.... mmmmmmmmmmmm
Falafels and saald:) was yum.
Mixed up a hot salad dressing consisting of vegan mayo and african hot sauce.
Veggie sandwich! All sorts of yummy veggies with oil and vinegar. Yum!
a sandwich made from: toasted ezekiel bread, 1 slice 'cheddar' soy cheese, veganaise mayo, avocado slices, mixed greens and a veggie burger. would have been even better with some thin slices of tomato and red onion!
and a handful of craisins for dessert!
Spinach bites, cucumbers, blueberries and a v8 :)
A one pound salad.
Lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, blue berries, strawberries, avocado, chia seeds, nutritional yeast, seaweed and a sprinkling of raw nuts, seeds and dried fruit.

Had a nice homemade vegetable soup today:).
Spiced it up with a little seaweed powder blend for extra minerals.
Steamed asparagus and broccoli and green beans with garbanzo beans,avocado,unsweetened ketchup and polenta.MMM
