What Did You Eat for Lunch Today?

Tofurkey Sandwich w/ "Vegi Chips" and a large glass of water. Sandwich: 12 Grain bread, Vegan Mayo, Soy "Cheddar" cheese, Romaine lettuce, Cucumbers and Tofurkey.
Avocado mashed up on toasted bread from Vital Vittles - great bread - and some blueberries. Nom nom. And agua. I find I'm much more interested in water now that I'm off animal products, sugar and sugar substitutes too.
Rustic pasta - so good. It is so bloody cold here, it was perfecto.
I had an Amy's Palak Paneer (Indian). It was delicious.
For my next snack, I am thinking of hitting the local coffee shop around the corner and getting an "Elvis", which is a sandwich - wheat bread, banana, honey, and oatmeal. It usually comes with plain chips too.
a big salad with carrots, cucumber, celery, cabbage, strawberries, mango salsa, and tofurky rolls ups :) Then strawberry ricedream!
I made steamed kale,carrots,broccoli,and green beans with sesame seeds and olive hummus,also made sun dried tomato hummus,with avocado and brown rice.MMM
