I had a vegan BLT with 100% whole wheat toast, veganaise, lettuce, tomato, tempeh "fakin bacon" that I pan fried in olive oil. On the side I had an avocado, carrots and celery. So good and it satisfied my craving for a BLT. :-)~~~
Brown rice with a dash of Braggs Aminos. Topped with lentils. Topped with brussel sprouts chopped fine and sauted with garlic, olive oil, and a little black pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic. It was delish!!!
I enjoyed leftover spinach strata from last nite. Made from dried diced onions mixed into some E-Beater's eggs, w/ spinach, nutritional yeast, organic soy bacon bits, thin potatoe pieces and some hot sauce. YUM!!! Served with peach slices and 1 piece Ezekial 7 grain bread lightly toasted and topped with natural peach jam. Also my wonderful coffee flavored just the right vanilla w/ a dash of stevia. Nothing like this can be bought...:)
