Lasagna!!

I tried out a particularly adventurous vegan recipe this evening: lasagna with zucchini instead of noodles. Crazy, right? It was insanely delicious! And, besides slicing my finger with my piece-of-@$*% vegetable peeler, quite easy to prepare.

Even after seven months as a vegan, I still can't believe how yummy things are!
