No worries about the questions, I'm happy to answer them. I never really drink anything besides tea or water, but no, I don't believe that you are suppose to drink anything else besides that. It is a cleanse, so the less you have in your body the better. :)

Hey french mama! Thanks for the support! so far everything is well. the nights are a bit hard after nothing but brown rice, but the mornings are AMAZING! My energy level is up, and I feel so much lighter and connected with myself, which has been a journey so far. It's amazing how disconnected you can become with yourself when you get wrapped up in so many other things.

Yay rogue, way to go! I did this in May and it was awesome! The rice does get a little boring a few days in but once you get over that hump, the benefits are great!

hi rogue, my husband and i started this fast today..i know it is preferable to eat the rice plain but was wondering if i ca add a lttle shoyu or nori ?


i v been on a macro diet for almost a year now..

Absolutely....even gomasio. I also read that steamed veggies is okay too as will as some miso soup.
