Seitan in the UK

Hi, does anyone know of any good stockist on the UK that I can get seitan from? Possibly on-line or a chain because London is a bit far for me to go for it.

I haven't found a stockist but it is so easy to make yr own, there are loads of easy revipes but my favouriteis the one in vegan with a vengeance which, if you haven't gotthe book, is online. vegweb.com is vey good for recipes. I make a large atch and then freeze some as pieces and some as mince type texture
