Hi Everyone! ...and a question

Hi! My name is Sarah and I am from Hamilton, Ontario Canada. I am proudly a stay-at-home Mom with a toddler-almost-a-preschooler. I just read The Kind Diet and I really loved the book, I keep re-reading parts!

I'm hoping someone can help clarify this...I've been confused for a long time. Does it matter if you drink liquids before, during or after you eat? I am not sure if I am "allowed" to drink water with a meal, for example....I have heard that it interferes with digestion.

Yes it does. You can drink a little bit while you eat but you are suppose to either drink thirty minutes before or after your meal. If you drink too much while eating, vitamins and minerals can pretty much get washed away... Hope this helps
