I would like to suggest a section where we could access weekly vegan menus. Similar to savingdinner.com or the 21 day kickstart from PCRM. The only difference would be that we could subscribe (yes, I would pay for this) to a length of time (3 month, 6 month, 12 month, etc.) I have a hard time hunting down recipes and then making sure that in a course of a week I have hit all my nutritional goals. Plus, some weeks it seems like I have too much pasta, or too many bean dishes. I would like help with balance and I feel a vegan menu mailer set up by an experienced vegan dietician would be helpful. If anyone knows if this currently exists, please let me know! Otherwise, I feel the Kind Life would be a great place to have one! Thank you!
