Hi Kind Lifers! I recently graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and am now practicing as a holistic health coach. The school is totally focused on natural health and there is a lot of focus on the vegan lifestyle. I always recommend The Kind Diet to my clients as my favorite cookbook!! (Everyone LOVES the peanut butter crispy treats) :)
If you're passionate about natural health/nutrition and always wanted to take your education further and help others, you should really check out IIN - it changed my life.
