I haven't been able to login for a few days and tonight I was forced to choose to share my e-mail contacts with thekindlife.ring.(can't remember rest) in order to log on. What does this mean? What contacts are being shared with who? My apologies is this is a ridiculous question, I have just never been asked that before.

I am having the same problem. I logged in using a different email acct because TKL wouldnt accept my other infor. I lost my profile, my friends, and all of my previous activity. I'm very frustrated. What should I do?
We JUST pushed an update to the site today, that should fix the issues you were having. Please try logging into your old profile, and let me know if it works.

I dont even have that option. I am asked to login and taken immediately to my email and then to TKL where my entire history, profile, friends are not there. Its like I had to start over. Very sad:(
I haven't been able to get on here for days. I was trying to do it without giving access to my accounts, but it wouldn't let me. You probably have alot of people not able to log in, yet there is no way to tell that you have a problem unless you share your info. So now I'm concerned about what exactly I just agreed to??
I am now actually under this new profile I had to make for myself. It saddens me that I seeem to have lost all of my history.

Why was the login changed to begin with? It kicks me off more often now and I have to go through more steps, instead of the old one step login.
I think I am all back to normal, but thanks for the email address that will help in case I have future problems :)

I know what you all mean, I had to rebuild my profile and lost all of my friends and forum post history. I was told I could restore my stuff by reactivating all my external accounts, but no such luck. I joined the site almost a year ago and now its like I'm a newbie with no substance in my profile. Bummer...
