Mochi help

Does Mochi expire. I bought it over the summer, by Grainassance, it's sealed really well and looks ok, but the expiration date was in August. Wondering if I should use it.

I would get rid of it! the expiration date is for the sealed package, not for if its been opened - its a fresh product with preservatives that is 3+ months past its due date - don't take that chance -
