Hello. I'm from a town just 45 min North of Toronto. Definately a little trickier to be vegan outside of the big cities. I'm always jealous of all the amazing restaurants I read about in LA or NY. But, I'm making it work. Welcome!

Hey now,

I'm just outside Windsor, Ontario, across the border from Detroit. Kim, I feel your pain...vegetarian and vegan options can be counted on one hand here. It's a region with nearly 300,000 people, and I'm left with whatever Zehrs/Loblaws wants to stock. Grrr.

I'm from a big farming/ oil town in Alberta.

Enough said.

amac-have you been to The Feinting Goat yet? All of thier vegan items have a (V) on their menu. I'm having a bit of a love affair with their spaghetti squash dish. It's really good and something I would have never ordered when I was an omnivore!
