My daughter started the Paris Vegan Day last year in Paris and managed to get 300 people to attend. This year close to 5000 attended. The festival was yesterday, November 28, 2010. If you go on to the gentlegourmetbandb.com or google Paris Vegan Day there are websites with information. Just over a year ago she the started the vegan friendly, Gentle Gourmet B and B, with the help of her children Caroline and Alexandre. They built this from basically nothing and with huge sacrifices they have succeded to introduce veganism in Paris. My daughter and grandchildren are vegans and animal activists and are involved in many organizations and actively rescue dogs in the Pais area. Bravo to my family and all the vegans in Paris who helped to promote veganism. Where there's a will there's a way is definitely true in this case.
